a decent stay overall
larger room hospitality tray small room glass screen
the staff were helpful. the hospitality tray was good. i was upgraded to a larger room, which i appreciated. the bed was quite comfortable.
the room was a bit small. also, the bathroom lacked privacy. there was a glass screen separating it from the bedroom.

the location was acceptable, near a few underground stations.
The room was quite small. Space beside the bed was minimal. accessing the top floor was difficult. The stairs were steep and shallow, and there was no lift. the cafe looked a little worn.

friendly staff clean hotel easy walk
staff was friendly at arrival. hotel felt clean and modern. it was easy walk for around 10 minutes to oxford street and selfridges. wifi connection worked excellent.
walls was thin, i often heard stomping from upstairs. noise came from the landing outside the room. i heard everything when people talked or house keepers were outside.

high ceilings double glazed windows
the air conditioning worked well that was amazing because of the heatwave the room was generally clean i liked that. double glazed windows kept things quiet and i slept well the rooms were relatively large with high ceilings it felt spacious.
i felt the bed could have been softer it was a bit too firm for me

fantastic location nice area helpful staff needed meets
location was fantastic near hyde park. i found it a nice area. the hotel meet my needs perfectly. the staffs was very helpful.
the room was bit small than i aspect, that one problem.

the queen room offered ample space with a comfortable bed and modern décor. the room included a tv with sky sports and complimentary wifi. the bathroom had a very strong shower with toiletries provided.
